Origins and history
The school’s founder, Mrs. Daljit Duggal was educated at Bundelkhand University, a highly academic college founded in 1975 in Jhansi, Uttar Pradesh.
Wendy Public School was envisioned as a school that would attract children from all sections of Indian society and would be entirely secular. The School was to specialize in the education of children who would go on to serve a free and democratic India. The founder of the school believes passionately in the importance of social service and that children should leave her School as members of an aristocracy, but it must be an aristocracy of service inspired by ideas of unselfishness, not one of privilege, wealth or position.
The school, founded in 1998, is situated in the midst of a farm, situated in Cantonment area of Sagar city in Madhya Pradesh.
