Infrastructure

At Wendy Public School we have a great campus and have invested heavily in a range of top-class facilities to be proud of.

Classrooms

The school has 25 classrooms on campus. Every classroom is beautifully decorated, well equipped, well ventilated and ergonomically designed for student’s comfort.

Playground

Our playgrounds provide opportunity for a range of outdoor sports like tennis, football, basketball, cricket, badminton and number of swings for junior section spread across 1.0 acre. The school campus also has 2 small playgrounds for LKG & UKG classes and for the primary classes.

Library

The Learning Centre is central to each student's academic progress. In it we have shelf space for some 6,000 books, with already a rich collection. In addition, students have access to periodicals and audio-visual resources. The Learning Centre also supports the archiving of the school's various learning resources and records.

Activity Rooms

The Art Room presents opportunities for developing varied artistic interests including clay modelling, painting, drawing and craft. The Yoga Room provides opportunity for enhancing the art of relaxation and concentration and to foster a healthy body, mind and soul.

Science labs

Scientific temper is inculcated in each child through exploration, observation & discovery. A hands-on approach is adopted at all developmental stages leading to conceptual understanding and an inquisitive and analytical mind.

Emphasis is laid on sensitizing the learners to the application of concepts in not only day to day lives but also in the service of humanity and as a major instrument for achieving goals of self reliance, socio-economic and socio-ecological development.

Science as a stream is introduced for senior classes in a wide ranging programme covering Physics, Chemistry, Biology and Computer. It will provide students with a scientific approach to advanced studies, and the students will be exposed to the latest developments by regular visits to Science and Research Centers.

Physics lab

Physics lab is carefully designed and well equipped with modern gadgets. It caters to the needs of the children as per the revised syllabus. A complete power back-up has been provided.

Chemistry Lab

The Chemistry Lab is conveniently located on the ground floor to enhance the power of work. A separate balance room has been provided to the students to work in all accuracy.

Biology Lab

The Biology Lab is well set in an exclusive corner of the first floor magnificently. It is flooded with a new series of specimens and charts along with the necessary equipments. It is technically well devised for an upgraded and updated learning.

Computer Lab

The Computer Lab has advanced infrastructure in terms of hardware and software which cater to the requirements of the students, teachers and the curriculum. The lab has dedicated broadband Internet connection for students to do comprehensive research for their projects and presentations.
